Emma Watson Naked Snaps Escapes Jail: The British man behind faked naked pictures of Emma Watson has managed to escape a jail sentence. John Cavanagh fiddled with eight pictures of the ‘Harry Potter’ star by digitally placing her head onto another girl’s body, before uploading them in May, reports Contactmusic. A judge at Manchester Crown Court warned him he faced a jail term - but during a hearing recently he escaped a prison sentence.

Cavanagh was instead given a three-year community order with three years’ supervision and ordered to sign the sex offender’s register. The fake images of the star, along with inappropriate pictures of minors, were discovered on Cavanagh’s computer. He has been asked not to contact Watson for five years and has been banned from using the Internet for anything other than looking for employment.

Met at Leavesden Studios outside London, the actress playing Hermione Granger in the series shared, "It's been this way for weeks. I hate to sound whiny, but it's horrible. It's miserable being wet all the time." Still, she is looking forward to seeing the result of her perseverance.

Harry Potter' actress Emma Watson has been replaced as the face of Burberry by model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. The actress has appeared in campaigns for the British fashion house since last year, but now model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley will front ads for the label's autumn and winter collections.

The decision to drop Emma, 20, has come as a surprise to many as Burberry's sales were boosted throughout Emma's stint. 'Emma was a huge success. Everyone expected her to be used again,' femalefirst.co.uk quoted a source as saying.

The brand's creative director Christopher Bailey has previously spoken of his admiration for Emma, saying she was the 'perfect' person to advertise the fashion house's latest campaigns.
